做网站最花时间的不是写程式，是等资料。把下面五样先准备好 —— logo、你卖什么和价钱、照片、联络资料、一小段自我介绍 —— 基础的网站几天就能上线。
The slow part of building a website is rarely the code. It is waiting for content. Have five things ready (your logo, what you sell and the prices, photos, contact details and a short introduction) and a basic site can go live in days.
一定要有的五样The five things you need
一、Logo1. Logo
给原始档：透明背景的 PNG，或设计师给的 AI / SVG。从名片翻拍、从 Facebook 头像截下来的都太小，放大会糊。还没有 logo 的话，可以先用文字当标志，或另外设计（我们的 logo 设计 RM300 起）。
Send the original file: a PNG with a transparent background, or the AI or SVG file from your designer. A photo of a name card or a screenshot of your Facebook profile picture is too small and blurs when enlarged. If you have no logo yet, a text wordmark works to start with, or have one designed (ours starts from RM300).
二、你卖什么、多少钱2. What you sell, and for how much
列一张清单：每一项服务或产品的名字、一两句说明、价钱。写「RM80 起」也好过不写 —— 客人查不到价钱，多半就去问下一家了。
Make a list: the name of each service or product, a line or two about it, and the price. “From RM80” is better than nothing. People who cannot find a price usually just ask the next shop.
三、照片3. Photos
自己的店面、产品、做事的过程、团队。手机拍的就够用，只要光线好、是真的。图库照片一眼看得出来，客人不会信。最少准备：一张可以当首页大图的横向照片，每项服务或产品各一张。
Your own shopfront, products, work in progress, team. Phone photos are fine as long as the light is good and they are real. Stock photos are obvious and customers do not trust them. The minimum: one landscape photo good enough for the top of the home page, and one for each service or product.
四、联络资料4. Contact details
WhatsApp 号码、地址、营业时间。有 Google 商家档案就把连结一起给，地图会直接嵌进去。
WhatsApp number, address and opening hours. If you have a Google Business Profile, send the link too, and the map goes straight in.
五、一小段自我介绍5. A short introduction
谁在做、在哪里、做了多久、跟别人哪里不一样。三四句就够。写不出来的话，中英文案可以加购，每页 RM100。
Who runs the business, where, for how long, and what you do differently. Three or four sentences. If writing is not your thing, copywriting in English and Chinese is an add-on at RM100 a page.

- 两三个你喜欢的网站，告诉我们喜欢哪里
- 真实的客户评价：Google 评价的连结，或对话截图
- Facebook、Instagram 的连结
- 最常被问的问题和你的回答，五六题就好
- Two or three websites you like, and what you like about them
- Real customer reviews: a link to your Google reviews, or screenshots of messages
- Links to your Facebook and Instagram
- The questions you get asked most, with your answers. Five or six is plenty
网域The domain
网域就是你的网址。先想好名字：短，最好跟店名一样。已经买了的话，告诉我们是在哪一家买的，上线那天要去那里把它指到新网站。还没有的话，年费里包含一年的网域。
The domain is your web address. Pick the name first: short, and ideally the same as your business name. If you already own one, tell us where you bought it, because on launch day it has to be pointed at the new site from there. If you do not have one, a year of the domain is included in the annual plan.
网店要多准备的Extra for an online store
- 每个产品的名字、价钱、照片、规格或口味、库存
- 运费怎么算：西马、东马、新加坡
- 退换货的规定
- 支付闸道申请要的公司资料（闸道公司会给清单）
- For each product: name, price, photos, sizes or flavours, stock
- How shipping is charged: West Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore
- Your returns and exchange terms
- The company documents your payment gateway asks for (they send a list)
产品多的话，上架可以加购，每件 RM20。开网店总共要花多少，看在马来西亚开网店要多少钱。

公司简介册子、每个产品的长篇介绍、部落格文章、会员系统。这些上线之后再加都来得及；等它们齐了才开始，网站只会晚几个月。
A company brochure, a long write-up for every product, blog articles, a membership system. All of these can be added after launch. Waiting until they are perfect just puts the site months behind.
资料怎么交How to send it
全部发到 WhatsApp 就可以。照片请用「文件」的方式发，或放进 Google Drive 给连结 —— 直接当图片发，WhatsApp 会压缩，放到网站上会糊。
WhatsApp is fine for everything. Send photos as a “document”, or put them in Google Drive and share the link. Sent as ordinary pictures, WhatsApp compresses them and they look soft on a website.

网站的照片一定要请摄影师拍吗？Do I need a professional photographer for the website?

No. Real photos taken on a phone are enough, as long as the light is good and they show your own shop and products. Customers can tell stock photos apart.
网站的文案要自己写吗？Do I have to write the website text myself?
可以自己写；不想写的话，中英文案撰写是加购项目，每页 RM100。

资料交齐之后多久可以上线？How soon can the site go live once the content is in?
基础配套 2–5 天、标准配套 3–7 天、网店配套 5–10 天，从收到资料那天开始算。
