These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhatsApp messaging services and the AI customer-service assistant provided by Bliss Aura Trading ("Bliss Aura", "we", "us"). By messaging one of our WhatsApp numbers, or by using a service we provide to a business, you agree to these Terms.

Bliss Aura provides an AI-powered WhatsApp customer-service assistant. The assistant answers common enquiries automatically (such as business information, hours, pricing, and product or service questions) and can pass a conversation to a human staff member when appropriate. We also provide this assistant to business clients as a technology provider.

Our messaging service operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform and relies on services from Meta Platforms, and other providers. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and policies.

4. AI-generated responses

Replies may be generated automatically using artificial intelligence. While we work to keep information accurate and helpful, automated responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Important information (such as prices, availability, and orders) should be confirmed with our staff before you rely on it.

5. Fees

Messaging our assistant as a customer is free of charge to you (standard mobile-data charges from your carrier may apply). Fees for business clients who engage Bliss Aura to provide the assistant are set out in a separate agreement or quotation.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bliss Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
