这份隐私政策说明 Bliss Aura Trading（下面称「我们」）在这几种情况下会收到哪些资料、拿来做什么、交给谁处理：你浏览 blissaura.vip（包括上面的免费工具）、使用网站上的 AI 助手、用 WhatsApp、电话或电邮联络我们、跟我们运作的 WhatsApp AI 客服助手对话，以及我们替客户做项目的时候。
This Privacy Policy explains what information Bliss Aura Trading (“Bliss Aura”, “we”, “us”) receives, what we use it for and who processes it, when you browse blissaura.vip (including the free tools on it), use the AI assistant on the website, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, chat with a WhatsApp AI customer-service assistant we operate, and when we carry out a project for a client.
1. 我们是谁1. Who we are
Bliss Aura Trading（SSM 202603086089 / KT0611202-A），地址：59, Jalan Flora Utama 3, Taman Flora Utama, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia。我们做网页设计、SEO + GEO、Facebook 与 Google 广告投放、定制系统，也建置和运作 AI 客服助手（网站上的和 WhatsApp 上的），服务马来西亚与新加坡的客户。
Bliss Aura Trading (SSM 202603086089 / KT0611202-A), 59, Jalan Flora Utama 3, Taman Flora Utama, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. We provide web design, SEO + GEO, Facebook and Google advertising and custom systems, and we build and operate AI customer-service assistants, on websites and on WhatsApp, for clients in Malaysia and Singapore.
2. 浏览这个网站的时候2. When you browse this website
这个网站不用注册，也没有要你填资料的联络表格。浏览的时候会发生这几件事：
This website has no sign-up and no contact form asking for your details. While you browse, the following happens:
- 流量统计与广告成效：我们使用 Google Analytics 4 和 Meta Pixel。它们会记录你看了哪些页面、大概从哪里来、用什么装置和浏览器，以及你有没有点 WhatsApp 或电话的按钮（连同那颗按钮或配套的名称）。这两家会在你的浏览器放 cookie 或类似的识别码。Analytics and advertising measurement: we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. They record which pages you view, roughly where you come from, your device and browser, and whether you tap a WhatsApp or phone button (together with the name of that button or package). Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
- 语言选择：你选的语言（中文或英文）存在你自己的浏览器里，下次打开还是同一种语言。这笔资料不会传给我们。Language choice: the language you pick (Chinese or English) is saved in your own browser so the site opens in it next time. It is not sent to us.
- 广告来源：如果你是点广告进来的，网址里的广告代号会暂时存在这一次浏览里，并加在预先帮你打好的 WhatsApp 讯息最后一行，让我们知道是哪一则广告带来的询问。关掉分页就没有了。Ad source: if you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign code in the link is kept for that browsing session and added as the last line of the pre-filled WhatsApp message, so we know which ad the enquiry came from. It is gone when you close the tab.
- 载入页面需要的第三方资源：字体来自 Google Fonts 和 jsDelivr，首页的地图来自 Google Maps，网站经过 Cloudflare 传送、放在 Hostinger 的主机上。载入这些资源时，你的 IP 地址会传到这些服务。Third-party resources needed to load the page: fonts come from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, the map on the home page comes from Google Maps, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare from hosting at Hostinger. Your IP address reaches these services when the page loads them.
3. 网站上的 AI 助手3. The AI assistant on this website
你在「问 AI」里打的字，连同这次对话最近的几则讯息，会传到我们的伺服器，再交给 Anthropic（Claude AI）产生回答。我们的伺服器不保存对话内容：对话只留在你打开的那个页面里，重新整理或关掉就没有了。为了防止滥用，我们会用 IP 地址的杂凑值计算十分钟内的讯息数量，十分钟后自动清除。请不要在对话里输入密码、银行资料或其他敏感资料。
What you type into “Ask AI”, together with the most recent messages of that conversation, is sent to our server and passed to Anthropic (Claude AI) to generate the reply. Our server does not store the conversation: it exists only in the page you have open and is gone when you reload or close it. To prevent abuse we count messages against a hash of your IP address over ten minutes, after which the count is cleared automatically. Please do not type passwords, banking details or other sensitive information into the chat.
4. 免费工具4. The free tools
免费工具的计算都在你的浏览器里完成，你输入的数字、选的图片和档案不会上传给我们。发票生成器、薪资单生成器和迷你 CRM 会把你填的内容存在你自己这台装置的浏览器里，方便下次接着用；我们看不到，你清除浏览器资料就会删掉。工具页面跟网站其他页面一样有上面第 2 点说的流量统计。
The free tools do their calculations in your browser. The figures you enter and the images or files you choose are not uploaded to us. The invoice generator, payslip generator and mini CRM save what you fill in to the browser on your own device so you can pick up where you left off; we cannot see it, and clearing your browser data removes it. Tool pages carry the same analytics described in section 2.
5. 你联络我们的时候5. When you contact us
你用 WhatsApp、电话或电邮联络我们时，我们会收到你的电话号码或电邮地址、WhatsApp 显示的名称，以及你告诉我们的内容（例如公司名称、行业、想做的东西）。我们用这些资料回覆你、准备样板和报价，以及在你成为客户之后完成项目和提供售后支援。
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your phone number or email address, your WhatsApp display name, and whatever you tell us (for example your company name, industry and what you want built). We use this to reply to you, prepare a demo and a quotation, and, once you are a client, to deliver the project and support you afterwards.
6. WhatsApp AI 客服助手6. WhatsApp AI customer-service assistants
你发讯息到我们运作的 WhatsApp 号码（我们自己的，或我们替客户运作的）时，我们可能会收到并处理：
When you send a message to a WhatsApp number operated by us, for ourselves or on behalf of a business we serve, we may collect and process:
- 你的 WhatsApp 电话号码和显示名称Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name
- 这次对话里你发出和收到的讯息内容The content of the messages you send and receive in the conversation
- 你主动提供的资料（例如姓名、询问的内容、预约或报价的要求）Information you choose to give (for example your name, enquiry details, or a booking or quotation request)
- 基本的技术资料，例如讯息的时间和类型Basic technical data such as message timestamps and message type
这些资料用来：回覆你的询问并提供 24 小时自动客服；用人工智能产生回答；需要时把对话转给真人；暂时保留最近的对话，让助手看得懂上下文；以及在你同意的情况下，发相关的消息或优惠给你。
We use it to reply to your enquiry and provide automated 24/7 support; to generate replies using artificial intelligence; to pass the conversation to a human when needed; to keep recent conversation history briefly so the assistant understands the context; and, where you have agreed, to send you relevant updates or offers.
替客户运作的助手：我们替商家运作 WhatsApp 助手时，那个商家是它顾客资料的拥有者（资料使用者），我们是技术提供者（资料处理者），只依照那个商家的指示和这份政策处理资料，用来提供讯息服务。
Assistants run for business clients: when we operate a WhatsApp assistant on behalf of a business, that business is the owner (“data controller”) of its customers’ data and Bliss Aura is its technology provider (“data processor”). We process such data only to provide the messaging service to that client, following its instructions and this Policy.
7. 替客户做项目的时候7. When we work on a client project
为了做你的网站、广告或系统，我们会收到你提供的内容（文字、标志、照片、产品与价钱），需要时也会拿到你的网域、主机、广告帐户或分析工具的登入权限。我们只把它们用在你的项目上，项目结束后你可以随时收回权限或要求我们删除手上的资料。你的顾客经过我们替你建置或运作的系统留下的资料属于你，我们只依照你的指示处理。
To build your website, advertising or system we receive the content you provide (text, logo, photos, products and prices) and, where needed, access to your domain, hosting, advertising or analytics accounts. We use them only for your project, and you may withdraw access or ask us to delete what we hold at any time after it ends. Data your customers leave in systems we build or run for you belongs to you, and we process it only on your instructions.

下面这些服务商会依照它们各自的条款和隐私政策处理资料。其中有些会在马来西亚和新加坡以外的伺服器处理资料。
The providers below process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them process data on servers outside Malaysia and Singapore.
- Hostinger：网站主机，包括在网站上运作的助手的短暂资料Hostinger: website hosting, including short-lived data of the assistants that run on the site
- Cloudflare：网站传送与防护；WhatsApp 助手的讯息基础设施和暂时的对话储存Cloudflare: website delivery and protection; messaging infrastructure and temporary conversation storage for WhatsApp assistants
- Google：Google Analytics 4、Google Fonts、Google MapsGoogle: Google Analytics 4, Google Fonts, Google Maps
- Meta Platforms / WhatsApp：Meta Pixel；收发 WhatsApp 讯息Meta Platforms / WhatsApp: the Meta Pixel; delivering and receiving WhatsApp messages

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
9. Cookie 与你的选择9. Cookies and your choices
不接受统计和广告用的 cookie，这个网站一样可以正常使用。你可以在浏览器的设定里封锁或清除 cookie，用 Google 提供的 Analytics 停用外挂，或在 Facebook / Instagram 的广告偏好设定里调整。清除这个网站的资料会把语言选择恢复成预设。
The website works normally without analytics or advertising cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in Facebook / Instagram. Clearing this site’s data resets the language choice to the default.
10. 资料保留多久10. How long we keep information
- 网站 AI 助手：对话内容不保存；防滥用的计数保留十分钟Website AI assistant: conversations are not stored; the abuse-prevention count is kept for ten minutes
- WhatsApp 助手：最近的对话只暂时保留（最长 7 天的滚动期间），让助手看得懂上下文，之后自动删除WhatsApp assistants: recent conversation history is kept temporarily (a rolling window of up to 7 days) to give the assistant context, and is then deleted automatically
- 询问与项目资料：你给我们的联络和项目资料，会保留到不再需要用来服务你为止，或到你要求我们删除为止；发票这类业务记录则按法律要求的年限保存Enquiries and project material: contact details and project material you give us are kept for as long as needed to serve you, or until you ask us to delete them; business records such as invoices are kept for as long as the law requires
- 流量统计：按 Google 和 Meta 各自的保留期限Analytics: according to Google’s and Meta’s own retention periods
11. 你的权利11. Your rights
你可以随时要求查看、更正或删除我们持有的你的个人资料，也可以随时要求我们不再发推广讯息给你。用下面的联络方式找我们，或在 WhatsApp 对话里直接回「STOP」或「删除我的资料」。我们核实身份后会在合理的时间内处理。
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop receiving promotional messages. Contact us using the details below, or simply reply “STOP” or “delete my data” in the WhatsApp chat. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable period.
12. 安全12. Security
我们采取合理的技术和管理措施，保护资料不被未经授权地存取、遗失或滥用。没有任何传输或储存方式是百分之百安全的，但我们会尽力保护你的资料。
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
13. 未成年人13. Children
我们的服务以 18 岁或以上的人士为对象，不是为儿童设计的。
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and above and are not directed at children.
14. 连到其他网站14. Links to other websites
作品案例和文章里有连到客户网站和其他网站的连结。那些网站怎么处理资料，以它们自己的隐私政策为准。
Our case studies and articles link to client websites and other sites. How those sites handle information is governed by their own privacy policies.
15. 政策更新15. Changes to this policy
我们可能会不时更新这份政策，最上面的「最后更新」日期就是目前版本的日期。
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
