Website prices in Singapore vary a great deal. On 8 October 2026 we read the published price pages of six Singapore agencies and freelancers: a templated company site runs from S$699 to S$1,090, a custom-designed one from S$2,500 to S$12,500, and an online store from S$1,499 to S$10,900. One more thing many owners have not caught up with: the PSG grant ended on 29 September 2026 and has been replaced by EDGE.

做好之后，每年要付的What it costs each year after launch
网域、托管和维护通常另外算。我们看到的有：一两页的小站一年大约 S$460，一般公司网站一年大约 S$2,940；也有按月收的维护配套，每月 S$150 到 S$200 起。签约前把第二年起的费用问出来，它累积起来常常比建置费还多。
Domain, hosting and maintenance are usually charged separately. Among the pages we read, a one- or two-page site came to about S$460 a year and a typical company site to about S$2,940 a year; others sell maintenance by the month, from S$150 to S$200. Get the year-two figure before you sign. Over time it often adds up to more than the build.

Enterprise Singapore 的网站写明：EDG、MRA 和 PSG 已在 29/09/2026 停止，30/09 起改申请 EDGE Grant。跟网站有关的是这几点：
Enterprise Singapore’s website states that EDG, MRA and PSG ceased on 29 September 2026, and that from 30 September businesses apply under the EDGE Grant. What matters for a website:
- 网店（E-Commerce – Online Shop）：中小企业最高补助 50%，而这一项的费用上限是 S$5,000，也就是最多拿回 S$2,500。
- 厂商要从 IMDA SMEs Go Digital 的预先核准名单里选；IMDA 规定名单上的厂商必须在新加坡注册。
- 申请的公司要在新加坡注册并营运，新加坡公民或永久居民持股至少 30%；提交申请之前不能开工，也不能付订金。
- 一般的公司形象网站：我们在 EDGE 列出的单一功能方案里没有找到这一项（08/10/2026 查的），申请前向 Enterprise Singapore 确认。
- Online shop (E-Commerce – Online Shop): up to 50% support for SMEs, with the cost of this item capped at S$5,000, so the most you get back is S$2,500.
- The vendor has to come from IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital list of pre-approved vendors, and IMDA requires those vendors to be registered in Singapore.
- The applicant must be registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% ownership by Singapore citizens or permanent residents, and must not have started work or paid a deposit before applying.
- A plain company website: we did not find one among the single-function solutions EDGE lists (checked 8 October 2026). Confirm with Enterprise Singapore before you count on it.
所以，如果你要做的是网店、公司又符合资格，先拿预先核准厂商扣掉补助之后的价钱来比。马来西亚的公司（包括我们）不在那份名单上，这笔补助用不到我们的帐单上。
So if you want an online shop and your company qualifies, compare against a pre-approved vendor’s price after the grant. A Malaysian company, ours included, is not on that list, and the grant cannot be used on our invoice.

价钱。我们对新加坡和马来西亚的客户收同一个价，以马币计：基础 RM999（最多 5 页）、标准 RM2,499（最多 8–10 页）、网店 RM3,999。照 08/10/2026 的汇率（RM1 约 S$0.31），大约是 S$310、S$780 和 S$1,250；年费 RM600，大约 S$190。页数和内容跟上面那些配套不完全一样，要对着清单比。
Price. We charge Singapore and Malaysian clients the same, in ringgit: Basic RM999 (up to 5 pages), Standard RM2,499 (up to 8–10 pages) and E-Commerce RM3,999. At the rate on 8 October 2026 (RM1 is about S$0.31) that is roughly S$310, S$780 and S$1,250, and the RM600 annual plan is about S$190. Page counts and inclusions are not identical to the packages above, so compare the lists line by line.
GST。新加坡的 GST 是 9%，有注册 GST 的本地公司会把它加在帐单上。我们的帐单以马币开，没有新加坡 GST。你的公司如果有注册 GST，从海外买服务要不要自己申报（reverse charge），请问你的会计师。
GST. Singapore’s GST is 9%, and a GST-registered local agency adds it to the invoice. Our invoices are in ringgit and carry no Singapore GST. If your own company is GST-registered, ask your accountant whether you need to account for it yourself on services bought from overseas (reverse charge).

SGNIC 的规定：.com.sg 要已经（或正在）向 ACRA、Enterprise Singapore 或新加坡的专业团体注册的机构才能申请；.sg 任何人都可以申请，外国申请人要委任本地代理当行政联络人。新注册的网域要在 21 天内用 Singpass 或 Corppass 完成验证，逾期 SGNIC 会暂停这个网域，网站和电邮都会停。
SGNIC’s rules: .com.sg is for entities registered, or in the process of registering, with ACRA, Enterprise Singapore or a professional body in Singapore. Anyone may apply for .sg, though a foreign applicant must appoint a local agent as administrative contact. A newly registered name has to be verified with Singpass or Corppass within 21 calendar days, or SGNIC suspends it and the website and email stop working.

So whoever builds the site, register the domain through your own company, verify it yourself, and give the builder access.
